71st Annual Convention BVO

The Norwegian Viking Community is happy to welcome you to Oslo for the 71st Annual Brittingham Viking Convention. Over 4 days you can explore or re-explore the city and get numerous social experiences in and around Oslo.  Sign up now, and start the countdown! 

Tickets:

Tickets can be purchased for the full Convention weekend (5,000 NOK regular / 3,000 NOK student) or for individual events.

If purchasing a ticket for the full weekend, choose your preferred Saturday activity in the ticket title. This will not impact the ticket price. See the Convention itinerary for a detailed description of the 4 options.

Hotels:

The Convention hotels will be Grand Hotel and Karl Johan Hotel, located right on the main street in walking distance to all events and Oslo shopping and cultural offerings.

Single rooms are offered from 200 USD per night and double rooms from 240 per night, including a top quality buffet breakfast. 

Both Karl Johan Hotel and Grand Hotel are classic hotels, the latter in the more expensive category and with a few more offerings.

For bookings at Grand Hotel:

A limited amount of agreed rates and roomtypes will be bookable up to June 14th. Reservations are to be made entire on www.grand.no by entering BTAL150824 into the section “Booking Code”.

Cancellation deadline for individual reservations made using this booking code: August 1st.
